Our price matching service runs on a like for like basis, if you find the same product that has the same aspects as ours e.g. same quality and print/engraving quality then, once you have purchased for full price we will then refund you the difference. We will ask for evidence and proof of the price found by you.


All orders are taken via our website https://shop.renico.co.uk which is owned by Big Commerce.

Once payment has been received via our online payment service provided by STRIPE you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your specified e-mail address confirming your order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any errors or changes required within 24 hours of receipt of confirmation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to advise us of non-receipt of the confirmation e-mail.

The customers confirmation e-mail will show the products purchased from Renico.


Any colours, shapes and sizes may differ from that shown on the website due to visual translation from real products and the use of natural materials.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their substrate, shape, layout, text, and font are correct before proceeding to payment.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check their artwork and make sure it is of a correct size, we can help with this using our free design service but once a project is signed off by the customer it is their responsibility.

It is the customers responsibility to also take into account the print quality of the substrate they are purchasing we colour match artwork as close as we can but different materials will give different quality print results.

We reserve the right to alter the customers designed product if we feel production may be hindered due to sizing or layout limitations.

Any colour samples shown on screen may differ slightly from the physical colour of the material due to different screen resolutions and colour settings. Colours shown on screens are digitally enhanced by contrast conditions on the computer or device being viewed upon.

Upon approval via email of the proof given towards your order, once manufacturing has begun the item becomes non-refundable as all our products are individually personalised to the customers requirements and as such they are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.


All payments received are dealt with by the STRIPE.

All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption SSL Secured.

No customer credit card numbers are either viewed or store.


As our website visitors are both public and commercial customers all prices stated are shown exclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.Please refer to your confirmation e-mail for a VAT invoice.


All items are usually dispatched within 3 working days, If we are unable to dispatch within the stated time frame we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.

*There are some exceptions to the 3 working day time period, these products will state this in the product description, these will have a 10 working day turnaround due to the manufacturing processes that are followed to create them.

Dispatch will be to the specified delivery address and once signed for will become the sole responsibility of the customer.

UK orders that have not been received within 15 business days after dispatch should be reported to us directly and we will endeavour to track the order. Please do not report an item missing until 15 business days has expired from dispatch.

International orders that have not been received within 30 business days after dispatch should be reported to us directly and we will endeavour to track the order. Please do not report an item missing until 30 business days has expired from dispatch.


Our express delivery option means items are usually dispatched in 2 working days, delivery is usually next working day but may take longer.


All items are shipped using FEDEX which will require a signature.

If your items are larger or heavier than the couriers will accept, delivery will be scheduled with a pallet delivery company.

If an item is returned due to attempted delivery, the customer will be charged an additional fee to cover return costs.

If anyone local wishes to pick-up directly from Renico, then choose this option at shipping and this will be free of charge.


All our products are produced to the customers requirements and as such they are not eligible for return, refund or exchange so please read our product description and view our extensive gallery images to ensure you receive the products you require.

We may require photographic evidence or ask that the product is returned to us for further investigation by ourselves or the courier service if either damaged in transit or faulty goods are claimed.

We will only accept goods returned to us that have not been installed or used and notification of the error was made within 24 hours from receiving the faulty goods.

Goods received damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as we are notified to the same specifications as the original order.


We reserve the right to cancel the contract at any time.

Each product will be made to the customers specification.

Renico.co.uk will not be responsible for any spelling mistakes or typographical errors made by the customer.

If your order is not manufactured to your instructions you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods at the customers expense and receive either a full refund or replacement goods.


All of our products have at least a 12 month warranty.

Any claim under our guarantee must be supported with visual evidence prior to any settlement being authorized.


The customer shall indemnify and keep indemnified Renico Nameplates Limited and www.renico.co.uk against all claims, costs, demands and expenses against the Company or any of its employees, howsoever incurred, arising out of the printing or distribution by the Company of any matter that is or may be unlawful, criminal, tortuous or libelous, or that infringes or may infringe any copyright, patent or design.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance.

The Contract will be governed by the laws of Scotland and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.


With the new General Data Protection Regulation being introduced as of 25th May 2018, here we lay down our process to how we store and handle customer data/information.

We, as the “Data Handlers” store customer data supplied to us by the consumer at checkout stage of our website. This information consists only of the following; Name, Email address, Billing/Delivery address, and Phone number.

Any payment details are managed by our third party subcontractor “Data Controllers” STRIPE.

Delivery details are then managed by ourselves and shared with required couriers; FEDEX or National Pallets.

Each third party subcontractor we entertain, are committed to keeping your data confidential.

Data stored by ourselves is removed and destroyed after 3 years (due to certain guarantees we offer).

During this time, if you wished for your information to be deleted, you must provide notice of this request to us. Your information will then be removed from our database.


All images, designs, data and text are the reserved property of Renico Nameplates Limited and www.renico.co.uk.

Any copyright infringement of the site and/or any of its contents will be reported to the appropriate body and dealt with in accordance of the law.
